5/5新宿motion 股下89/Alan Smithee's MAD Universe/クウチュウ戦/殺生に絶望

　先日dots dashが４年目を迎えた企画をやったが、股下８９も１年何か月かのブランクはあったが、４年目ということになる。

クウチュウ戦
　いいねえ。
　なんかドラムのキックの出音がいい感じに変わったかな？　でもまだ叩きすぎや弱すぎのところが見受けられる。音楽を奏でようぜ。ベースももうちょっと。
　ボーカルの方とエレベーターで一緒になった気がしたが、なにやら不思議なことをぼやいていたような・・・・（笑）

殺生に絶望
　このバンドと股下が対バンしたのは、確か立川バベルで、現・例のKのカノウさんの企画だったと思ったが、実はそれ以前、股下のギターかボーカルが高校生の頃、殺生の前バンドをモーションで見て知ってるという話を聞いた。んで、ギターがひょっとしてすごいんじゃないかという話をあらためて某氏としてたら、股下ギターのヒーローの一人という情報を聞いた。要するに、このあたりのシーンで、5本？の指で数えるくらいのギタリストの一人だってことだ。
　それにしても、３本のギターがしっかり存在を示しているところはHマウンテンズにも通じるところがある。
　歌というかテイストが似てる曲が結構あるが、ちゃんと別な歌として成立してるところに力量を感じる。

Alan Smithee's MAD Universe
　こういうところでこういう演奏を聴けるとは思わなかった。
　始まりはなんというか、山下洋輔トリオを彷彿とさせる感じで、特にドラムのキックが跳ね返らせる弱音だったのにはこりゃタダ者じゃないと思わせた。前傾しない安定した体幹は、オラシオ・エルネグロ・エルナンデスか村上秀一かって感じ。ガタイがいいから両ハンドで振り下ろすクラッシュが恐ろしい（笑）。
　キーボードがベースラインを弾くのが目立つ中盤の曲、めっちゃ素敵だった。

股下８９

　オラシオって誰？っていう人のために⇒http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KLNgpF2GfyA　このバンドは初めてのライブ、しかもバカでかいステージのため、最初の音を出す前に間を計っているが、それを聞かれて、「目の前に道ができたような感じ」と述べている。深いね。
　曲の方は、５分１９秒からボナの絶妙なルートを聴くことができる。
　ところで、part5のhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bmIKFFYy37kでは、４分１０秒から遊びでスモークオンザウォーターをちょっと演奏しているが、やっぱりオラシオはラテンがベースなんで、グルーブが一味違う。
